SHIPPING INFORMATION
If the customer fills in the data incorrectly, both additional costs and any liability for inventory will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs - Italy
Shipments to Italy are made via express courier for the Italian territory
Shipping costs start at €7.90 and vary based on the total weight of the items ordered.
Shipping times depend on the destination country. Generally, all shipments to Italy arrive within 7-10 days from the date of dispatch (excluding holidays).
Shipping date
Orders are shipped from Stegip 4, Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
Available items: immediate shipping
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the order confirmation, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and payment verification.
Items no longer available
If an item already ordered is no longer available, Azione Cattolica Store undertakes to send an email to the customer stating that it is no longer possible to ship the ordered goods.
The customer can then choose to have the entire amount paid credited to their current account, credit card, or PayPal account as quickly as possible, or, at the customer's discretion, to order another available item of equal value.
Shipment tracking
Upon shipment of the order, Azione Cattolica Store sends its customers an email containing the shipping number provided by the courier.
Shipping insurance
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance expires.
Authorized delivery of the shipment
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. The goods are carefully packaged in a shipping carton.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the tape is damaged, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the incident and contact info@stegip.it within 5 days.
If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.
Shipment stock
If the shipment fails to be delivered after the third delivery attempt, the courier automatically sends the sender a Storage File, which contains the reason for the failed delivery and a request for release instructions.
Azione Cattolica Store reserves the right to request the return of the goods after 4 working days, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.
A maximum storage period of 10 days is expected at the nearest courier, storage costs are paid by the Customer.
We remind our customers that the Storage File Opening Fee costs €10 for each shipment, plus the cost of any return/return to sender. For all national and international services, storage and non-receipt fees are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping documents
As required by international trade regulations, all shipments are shipped with a receipt, which declares the exact value in Euros of the shipped order.
It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the actual amounts or to request that items be declared as gifts.
