Azione Cattolica shop is the website authorized to sell official products of Italian Catholic Action .
All products for sale are therefore original and purchased directly from Stegip 4, the official reseller of all the products on this site. The products sold are therefore carefully selected for their rigorous quality control standards.
On this site, Stegip 4 offers its customers the option to purchase only items already in stock. Customers cannot order items that are not already in stock. Therefore, any order containing an item that has since become unavailable, even by mistake, will be considered void.
Receipt by Stegip 4 of the Order, transmitted by the Customer electronically, does NOT determine the conclusion of the Contract.
The order will be considered a contractual offer to purchase from Azione Cattolica Store for the products included in the order, each considered individually. Upon receipt of your order, we will automatically send you an order acknowledgement message ("Order Receipt").
Receipt of your order does not constitute acceptance of your purchase proposal. By sending us an order confirmation, we merely confirm that we have received your order and have verified the data and availability of the products you requested. The sales contract will only be concluded when we send you a separate email accepting your purchase proposal, which will also contain information regarding the product's shipment ("Shipping Confirmation").
Upon conclusion of the Contract, Azione Cattolica Store undertakes to supply the customer with the products ordered, under the terms and conditions set forth in these Conditions, without prejudice to the right not to process orders from parties who do not provide sufficient guarantees of solvency or who do not fall within the aforementioned category of "end consumer" or who, for any reason, the ordered product is unavailable for sale.
By placing the Order, the Customer unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe all the provisions contained in these Conditions.
The placing of the Order, therefore, implies the Customer's full knowledge and total and unconditional acceptance of these Conditions, as well as of any additional information contained in the web pages of the Site referred to here and/or connected via links.
1 - PAYMENT INFORMATION
1.1 Payment methods
The purchased item must be paid for at the time of closing the purchase transaction, by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal.
- CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL
Anyone who wishes to pay online by credit card and/or PayPal has no additional fees and is completely risk-free. Credit card information is encrypted during transmission and managed directly by our trusted payment platform.
At no time does the Action Cattolica Store come into possession of your credit card details, either during the order/payment phase or subsequently.
When making a payment, the user communicates the card details exclusively to the PayPal service or the Credit Card service through a secure connection using the https protocol and 256-bit encryption in the manner defined by the PayPal or Credit Card service's SSL security certificate.

- BANK TRANSFER
By choosing this payment method, once you have placed your order you must follow the following procedure:
The bank transfer must be made within 2 working days of placing the order (otherwise the order will be cancelled);

4. Banking practice is for the transfer to be credited to the beneficiary's current account (Web store) no earlier than 1-2 working days after its execution.
The products are entrusted to the courier within 7 working days following acceptance of the order, which coincides with receipt of the transferred amount: the bank charges mentioned above must therefore be added to the standard delivery times.
Please note: if you are in a hurry, this is not the ideal payment method; we recommend using a credit card.
2 - PRICES
2.1 Product prices
The prices of the products published on the site reflect the actual retail price of the goods in compliance with current regulations.
2.2 Import taxes
Shipments destined outside the European Community are subject to import taxes (DDU - Delivery Duties Unpaid) based on the internal regulations of each country.
The payment of these import taxes (DDU) are the sole responsibility of the end customer.
The prices of the products published on the Fipsas Store website reflect the actual selling price of the goods which does NOT include import taxes (based on the internal regulations of each country).
3 - SHIPPING INFORMATION
If the customer fills in the data incorrectly, both additional costs and any liability for inventory will be borne by the customer.
3.1 Shipping costs - Italy
Shipments to Italy are made via express courier for the Italian territory
Shipping times depend on the destination country. Generally, all shipments to Italy arrive within 24-48 hours of dispatch (excluding holidays).
3.2 Shipping date
Orders are shipped from Stegip 4 Fipsas Store, Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday morning.
3.3 Available items: immediate shipping
Orders are shipped on the first working day following the order confirmation, subject to confirmation of merchandise availability and payment verification.
3.4 Items no longer available
If an item already ordered is no longer available, Azione Cattolica Store undertakes to send an email to the customer stating that it is no longer possible to ship the ordered goods.
The customer can then choose to have the entire amount paid credited to their current account, credit card, or PayPal account as quickly as possible, or, at the customer's discretion, to order another available item of equal value.
3.5 Shipment tracking
Upon shipment of the order, Azione Cattolica Store sends its customers an email containing the shipping number provided by the courier.
3.6 Shipping insurance
Shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage. Once the shipment reaches its destination, the insurance expires.
3.7 Authorized delivery of the shipment
Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing for delivery. The goods are carefully packaged in a shipping carton.
If for any reason the package appears tampered with or the tape is damaged, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservations or refuse delivery. If the delivery was accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of tampering, customers are asked to immediately report the incident and contact info@stegip.it within 5 days.
If for any reason the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package risks being returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.
3.8 Shipment storage
If the shipment fails to be delivered after the third delivery attempt, the courier automatically sends the sender a Storage File, which contains the reason for the failed delivery and a request for release instructions.
Azione Cattolica Store reserves the right to request the return of the goods after 4 working days, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.
A maximum storage period of 10 days is expected at the nearest courier, storage costs are paid by the Customer.
We remind our customers that the Storage File Opening Fee costs €10 for each shipment, plus the cost of any return/return to sender. For all national and international services, storage and non-receipt fees are the customer's responsibility.
3.9 Shipping documents
As required by international trade regulations, all shipments are shipped with a receipt, which declares the exact value in Euros of the shipped order.
It is illegal to declare amounts lower than the actual amounts or to request that items be declared as gifts.

4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS
4.1 How to make a return
Action Cattolica Store has developed a very simple product return and exchange procedure to make your online shopping experience enjoyable even if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase.
You can return any purchased product within 14 business days of delivery. Here's how:
1 ) Send us an email with your return request to: info@stegip.it
2 ) Making sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all tags attached and intact.
3 ) Make sure the anti-counterfeiting sticker is still attached to the item. Items returned without this blue string will not be refunded or exchanged.
4 ) Prepare the well-sealed package, specifying your order code, your details, and your email address. Send it via courier or post to the address below:

In case of loss or failure to return the goods, you will be entirely responsible.
We are also able to offer product replacements only if available. You can only ship your return from the country where you placed your order.
4) You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been accepted, within 3 business days of delivery to the warehouse. Please note that we can only refund properly returned products. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, you will not be eligible for a refund and the package will be returned to you.
5) Within 14 working days, if it is possible to replace the product, based on the goods in stock, we will take care of sending the replacement goods back to you via courier.

6.1 Online articles and images
Action Cattolica Store declines all responsibility for the possibility that, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer or a malfunction thereof, the colors of the products displayed on the site may present slight differences compared to the originals.
